The studio and these terms

The site and print shop are operated by Fellside. Contact: the studio contact address on this site.

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

Prints and product descriptions

Prints are offered as described on the product pages, including size, finish, edition type, and framing options where shown.

Screen colours vary; we aim for accurate representation but cannot guarantee exact colour match to every display.

Limited editions are sold subject to remaining inventory at the time payment is confirmed.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Placing an order creates a pending order; a contract is formed when payment is successfully confirmed (via Stripe) and stock is allocated.

We may cancel an order if payment fails, stock cannot be fulfilled, or the order appears fraudulent or erroneous. You will be notified and refunded where payment was taken.

Delivery

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Free delivery may apply above a published order threshold.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please check packaging on arrival and contact us promptly about damage in transit.

Estimated delivery times are guidance only and may vary, especially for framed or made-to-order items.

Cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have a statutory cooling-off right for distance sales. Custom or personalised prints, or sealed goods once unsealed where hygiene or quality would be compromised, may be excluded where the law allows.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.

Intellectual property

Photographs and site content remain the intellectual property of the photographer / rights holder. Buying a print does not transfer copyright or grant a commercial licence unless separately agreed in writing.

You may display a purchased print privately. Reproduction, resale of digital files, or unauthorised commercial use is not permitted.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your login details secure. Do not misuse the site (for example by attempting to interfere with checkout, inventory, or other customers’ data).

Guest checkout is available; you may later claim matching guest orders with a verified account email.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a print order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections in their country of residence.
